Coaching is a process and changing behavior/learning new skills requires time; people rarely change overnight. While coaching is intended to be brief, you are invited to participate in this coaching relationship for at least 7 sessions. While I recommend the 7-week duration in order to solidify a mindfulness practice, if the schedule does not permit, I also offer individual sessions or a 3-week series.
