I am home just about a week from my retreat. I was so inspired by the amazing people that joined me this year; such powerful women with incredible energy. We laughed and danced and explored our special little island paradise.  It always takes me a few days to come down from the high of the experience. I think it is my way of holding on to the moment as long as possible.  And this time was no different.

I taught my KLARITY Mindsette Seven Steps to Surrender Suffering Workshop as part of this retreat. This workshop series offers an exploration of the difference between pain and suffering and the chance to see the ways in which we have control over our own suffering. On the last day I shared this quote as a reminder that we truly have the power to minimize our own suffering regardless of what is happening in our lives.
